The blinded trial compared AutoloGel System and saline gel control:

Per protocol group: 68.4% of AutoloGel patients healed compared to 42.9% in the control group (p=0.125 n=40)

Majority wound size group: 81.3% of AutoloGel patients healed compared with 42.1% in the control group (p=0.036 n=35) (majority wound size defined as <7cm2)
