The AutoloGel System is not currently covered by the Medicare program. Cytomedix is pursuing changes to the Medicare coverage policy through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services which may result in Medicare coverage of the AutoloGel System. Some states cover AutoloGel through their Medicaid program, for example Illinois and Minnesota. It is advisable to check your state Medicaid program to determine if the AutoloGel System is covered. Private commercial insurance payors have a coverage code S9055 that may include the AutoloGel System. The AutoloGel System is also available to eligible government purchasers on the Federal Supply Schedule.
